Subscription Policy

Our Subscription Process

A transparent, step-by-step guide to how we manage your fresh salad journey.

Start of Subscription

  • Customer chooses: Single Salad Trial OR Weekly / Monthly Plan (Prepaid)
  • Subscription starts only after payment confirmation

After Payment (Mandatory)

  • Reassuring WhatsApp message from our team with Payment confirmation
  • PDF Receipt, Plan start date & Total number of salads shared
  • Delivered in clean, sturdy, no-fuss packaging every morning

During Subscription

  • Salads delivered as per selected plan
  • No payment follow-ups during active plan

Before Plan Ends

  • WhatsApp notification sent 1 week before plan end
  • Reminder that subscription is nearing completion

After Plan Ends

  • Delivery summary / log shared with the customer
  • New bill generated automatically (Auto-Renewal Policy)

Renewal Payment Window

  • Monthly Plan: Payment to be done within 7 days
  • Weekly Plan: Payment to be done within 3 days
  • If payment not received → subscription auto-paused

After Renewal Payment

  • New PDF receipt shared via WhatsApp
  • Payment confirmation message sent
  • Subscription cycle continues with same process
